依據兔毛的結構研究加工方法，結合兔毛的特征規劃制作了新的特別紡紗工藝（其間運用了二項自己的），這項紡紗技術不加和毛油、抗靜電劑，減少兔毛纖維危害，一同制毛條時加吸風除去超短纖維及危害短纖維。研制的短流程、紡純兔毛高支紗的加工路途運用于出產，通過判定。現已批量出產了高支紗兔毛衫、兔毛褲、兔毛襪等多個深受消費者歡迎的純兔毛產品。這些產品不掉毛、不起球而且抵達可機洗的要求。這項技術認為屬國內首創，國外也未有類似路途。

運用納米技術，打破世界性難題由于納米粒子的比表面積很大，所以在兔毛織品上進行表面處理，把納米粒子松散在甲基丙烯酸和醋酸乙烯溶液載體中，并把它進入織品。織品是一個多孔體，分布著大小不同的空位。這些空位存在于纖維與纖維之間和纖維束（紗、線）與纖維束之間。然后進行特別工藝的處理（這是我公司的關鍵技術，不方便揭穿），進而發生接枝、交聯等一系列化學反應，使納米粒子和高聚物及兔毛很好地結合在一同，使其針織服裝不掉毛、不起球、不縮水，處理了世界性的技術難題。通過納米技術處理的織品，堅持兔毛自身的天然特性和優異的柔軟性，保暖性。
