1、癥狀：病兔食欲減退或廢絕，腸音減弱或消失，初期排出的糞球少而堅硬，以后則排糞停止。有的兔頭頸彎曲，俯視腹部或肛門，表現出排糞遲滯，腸管充滿，當腸管阻塞而產生過量氣體時，則有“肚脹”現象。嚴重時糞粒外包有一層白色膠樣的物質，尿少而色深（多為棕紅色），觸摸腹部時，可感到大腸內聚積多量的干硬糞粒。

2、防治措施：要精粗飼料合理搭配，并供給充足的飲水和青綠多汁的飼料及含纖維較多的飼料。加強運動，一旦發現便秘，應及時給予，切勿拖延其病情。時可采用：
